  • For weekly exfoliation, place a heaped tablespoon of the powder into a non-metallic bowl and add enough water to create a smooth, creamy paste. Gently rub the mixture into your skin for 1-2 minutes and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. For best results, prepare the mask just before use to activate the pineapple enzymes. Gently remove with warm water and a cotton pad or soft towel. Avoid contact with eyes.
